When my Mother passed away I interviewed a number of agents for selling her house. I have had so-so experiences with other real estate agents in the past buying and selling properties and decided to take a chance and work with Monica and her team after seeing one of her flyers, instead of using the agent I hired when I bought my house years ago. Prior to engaging with Monica, I had multiple agents (including those who knocked on my door) provide me with a significantly undervalued estimate for what my home should sell at, based only on their limited knowledge of the area, and what other “disimilar” homes sold for in the past.
